About Me

I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with both adults and children from age 9 upwards.

I am warm and approachable and strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to explore anything that you wish to talk about.

My core modality is person-centred; however I am trained to integrate other psychological approaches into our work together. This may mean the incorporation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as the use of Creative and Symbolic strategies. This is highly tailored to the individual needs of the client and/or presenting issues.

I have spent the last few years working for the charity TIC+ supporting children and young people within schools and colleges across Gloucestershire, and I am passionate about providing support for children, young people and families affected by mental health issues.

I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and an Accredited member of National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and work to a strict code of ethics and confidentiality.

I undergo monthly clinical supervision to ensure my work is maintained at a professional and ethical standard.

Further regular training and CPD is an important part of my work to improve my knowledge and skills. I have completed further training in Autism and ADHD to ensure I offer a neuro-affirming experience for all client groups.

I hold an Enhanced DBS.
